Description
The garage slab came out and the ground underneath was soaked. Water was pooling against the foundation, and nobody could say where it was coming from.
The homeowner told us her bedroom foundation kept getting wet. Before we could pour a new driveway on this 1950s San Clemente home, we had to find the source of the water under the house. Sprinklers? The old yard drain? Something else? We ran the irrigation, pressurized the old drain pipe and kept digging until we had an answer. Then we built a new drainage system to carry the water out to the street and poured a colored concrete driveway.
