Korean Citrus Syrup | Cheong | 레몬청 | 오렌지청
I've got a cold, but luckily there are plenty of oranges and lemons growing in my backyard. So, I made myself some citrus cheong (청) to give myself an extra vitamin C boost.
Cheong (청) is a Korean syrup made by mixing fruit (or even flowers, roots, or herbs) with an equal amount of sugar or honey.
Add ginger for extra cold resistance.
Lemon: 1 (200g)
Orange: 1 (250g)
Sugar: 450g
