Triple Cooked Chips
'Triple cooked chips' is the gold standard when it comes to chips/french fries. The recipe was first developed by Heston Blumenthal AFAIK. It takes quite some time to make if you are making just a single batch but if you are making large quantities, it's worth the extra effort.
Ingredients:
Potato: 4 (800g)
Salt: 10g + 1 Pinch
Water: 1L
Vegetable Oil: 1.5L
