1 Cup White Rice
3 Cinnamon Sticks
3 Cups Water
1 lb. Strawberries
2 Cups Milk or Milk Substitute
Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz.
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Directions:
1. In a container, combine the rice, cinnamon, and water. Cover and let stand at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Empty container into a blender, and blend on low until smooth. Pour rice mixture through a sieve into a pitcher.
2. In a blender, combine the strawberries, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla. Blend on low until smooth. Pour the strawberry mixture into the pitcher with the rice mixture; stir together until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve over ice.
