Description
Ingredients:
7 oz. Small Elbow Pasta/Coditos
1/2 Cup Pickled Jalapenos, Chopped
1/2 Cup Pickled Carrots, Chopped
1/4 Cup Green Onions, Sliced
5 oz. Sliced Ham, Chopped Small
3/4 Cup Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
1/2 Cup Light Mayo (Add more or less according to your taste)
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Black Pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. In a pot of boiling water, add pasta and a pinch of salt. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
2. Add all ingredients to the pasta and stir together until well combined. Can be eaten at room temperature or chilled.
