Ingredients:
1 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Oat Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Softened Butter
1/2 Cup packed Light Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Cookies and Creme M&Ms
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and eggs; beat just until combined. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture in two additions. Fold in the M&M's.
3. Scoop rounded tablespoon fulls of dough, form into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
