📖 I’m at the Samsung launch for GSMDome, getting a first look at the Galaxy Z Fold 8, a slimmer and wider foldable designed around a new 4:3 format. The 7.6-inch internal display should offer smaller black bars in videos, games, Reels and TikToks, while the compact 5.4-inch cover screen makes the phone easier to handle.
Inside, Samsung uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, paired with 12 GB of RAM, up to 512 GB of storage and a 4,800 mAh battery with 45 W charging. The phone also features two 50 MP rear cameras, One UI 9 based on Android 17, seven years of updates and several proactive Galaxy AI tools.
Watch the full hands-on video for more details about the displays, cameras, software, specifications and expected pricing.
