📖 I got my hands on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, the foldable that continues the direction of the Z Fold 7 while reducing the body to just 4.1 mm when unfolded. Its 8-inch internal display also makes the crease far less noticeable, thanks to a special titanium frame and protective film. Samsung has also upgraded the silicon-carbon battery to 5,000 mAh.

Inside, I find the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, up to 16 GB of RAM and as much as 1 TB of storage. The ultrawide camera now reaches 50 MP, while creators get LOG recording, Cine LUT profiles, cinematic presets, the APV codec and direct 8K editing. Galaxy AI also brings Fan Cam, generative editing, Audio Eraser and contextual multitasking, although stylus support is no longer available.
