Welcome back to Halloween Madness on Library Macabre! This time, we're taking a look at 66 of my favorite classic Halloween commercials and sorting them into Halloween-themed categories. I picked every commercial in this video myself and tried to put together a collection that captures what I love about old Halloween commercials. Some are commercials everybody seems to remember and others are ones I've always loved that have somehow been forgotten. And some of them are just here because they have that Halloweeny feel with the costumes, the candy, the decorations, the spooky music, the cheesy effects, and that old-school Halloween atmosphere.
The commercials cover everything from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s, although you'll definitely notice a heavy emphasis on the 80s and 90s. I went out of my way to find the best-quality versions I could, because if we're going to revisit these old commercials, I want to see them looking as good as possible.
Oh, while this is technically a tier-ranking video, don't expect to see me declaring these commercials the best and the worst. They're ALL good! Instead, I'm sorting them according to the particular kind of Halloween magic they bring:

So this is partly a classic Halloween commercial compilation and partly a good excuse for me to talk about a bunch of old commercials that I happen to really love. :D If you enjoyed my video browsing through old Halloween catalogs, this one is definitely for you. That video was such a fun trip through forgotten Halloween history and I wanted to capture some of that same feeling here, but with video instead of images.
