Description
Waking up with a stiff neck? Dr. David Warwick's first question is usually about your pillow, not your neck!
A pillow should support your neck, not just prop up your head. If it's too flat or too thick, your neck sits at an angle for seven or eight hours a night, and you feel it in the morning. Side sleepers generally need more fill than back sleepers. If yours has gone soft and flat, that's your answer.
If that still doesn't work, that's what we're here for.
