The complimentary consultation is a short conversation with our team — what happened, what you're feeling, and whether chiropractic care is the right fit for your injury. It's not an exam, and it's not a one-on-one with the doctor. Worth being clear about that up front.
If it is the right fit, the exam comes next. We check what needs checking, image only when it's warranted, and explain what we find in plain language — with a plan that has an actual number attached to it.
Everything gets documented: findings, diagnosis, treatment, imaging, any referrals. An accurate record of what happened to you, one that still holds up six months from now when someone asks.
And if it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you straight and point you to who can help.
