After a collision you have options: a chiropractor, a medical doctor, an orthopedist, pain management, a neurologist, a physical therapist. Chiropractic sits among them — not above them.
What we do in an injury case is specific. Examine you. Work out what's actually injured. Treat the joint and soft tissue injury. Document all of it properly. Imaging when it's warranted, and plenty of times it isn't.
And when the exam points somewhere else, we say so and send you to the right person.
