Description
The closed beta has ended and with it I have footage showcasing Commando gameplay and many other perks. I played commando completely on-perk taking advantage of everything at my disposal during the waves. Map environments, skills, and weapons. I run commando at level 10 which is absurdly low for Hell on Earth and not recommended. I run no attachments on my weapons because I couldn't afford them during the lobby and lacked the unlocks for them. I used what the game provided and made it work. This run isn't a full showcase of commando but merely a tease. Commando is powerful in crowd control and with his alt, he can go up against larges with little ease with the right skills and weapon attachments. When the game goes live once again, I'll be playing a higher leveled commando to demonstrate his efficiency. This run takes advantage of a couple skills but aren't game changing low leveled. The commando weapons are the showcase and main point of this run and I put them to great use. Army Depot has story narrative which I interacted with during the run. It's nice getting some context to maps we are playing but there was only one during the beta.
Commando Feedback:
Most of the weapons lack weight and suffer with inaccuracy hip-firing making the weapons unreliable even in close range without the use of attachments. Killing Floor 3 wants you to take advantage of ADS which can obscure your screen and limit movement at the cost of being accurate. Constantly ADS in and out of hip-fire feels incredibly inconsistent because of the lack of mouse settings and optimizations which can effect gunplay. As for commando's skills, they are quite powerful but I couldn't showcase them because of my low levels.
Queen Crawler Feedback:
Solo boss fighting is a chore and feels horrible. The Queen Crawler is no exception. The queen has an absurdly high health pool, high damage, slowing projectiles which are unavoidable and don't despawn with incredible movement speed being able to zero in on you making it absurdly difficult to shake her off and dodge her attacks. Granted, I was low leveled and lacked the skills and weapon attachments to efficiently take her down. However, the queens current design isn't engaging and punishes the player too harshly even at high levels. Her speed and damage need to be tuned down. Her projectiles need a nerf and cooldown.
I'm going to hold off on feedback and criticisms until the game fully launches. Thanks for watching and stay tuned!
