Fireese went to Iceland in May on a field research course (lucky duck!) and at the end of her course I decided to join her for another mother/daughter adventure. One of the fun things we did while there was go on a kayaking adventure in Heinabergslón Glacier Lagoon. We highly recommend this unique tour. It was a very cool experience. We haven't posted much lately because we just had the busiest year in the Berg house. Fireese finished her first year of university, Hartford is in his first year of high school, I just graduated from grad school and my husband has been busy touring. But we are now glad for life to get into a settled routine (we hope!).
