Fireese was having issues with her Dell laptop where it would turn on but the screen was black. We tried all the regular fixes but nothing worked. If this happens to you you can try:
1. Restart your graphics drivers by pressing the windows logo key + Ctrl + Shif + B at the same time. This should restart your laptop. (this didn't work for us)
2. Force Shut down your laptop. Power off by pressing the power button for 20 seconds. Unplug your AC adapter, remove battery, and hold down the power button for another 60 seconds. Then put battery back in and plug it back into the charger and restart. (this didn't work for us either)
3. Boot in safe mode (didn't work)
4. Update graphics driver (didn't work)
5. Replace RAM - finally fixed our problem!
