Description
Individually, Peder Mannerfelt and Pär Grindvik are both pivotal figures among Sweden's dance music scene.
Mannerfelt has a back catalogue full of singular house and techno tracks, packed with unexpected left turns across projects including The Subliminal Kid, Roll The Dice and his close collaboration with The Knife's Karin Dreijer on their work as Fever Ray.
Grindvik's releases across labels including Drumcode and his own Stockholm LTD have seen him forge a deep catalogue of driving, hypnotic techno.
The pair are also longtime collaborators, most notably with their current project Aasthma.
Mannerfelt and Grindvik invited us into their Stockholm studio to talk about their recent remix of Daphni's Good Night Baby, from the newly expanded version of Butterfly, as well as the making of Mannerfelt's track Bubbles, from his recent EP for London's Clasico Records.
