I refuse to live in a world where AI is telling the regular 'I' what it should have known all along

Description

I refuse to live in a world where artificial intelligence is telling the regular 'I' what it should have known all along.

And I mean that.

Because here is what we have been getting wrong about this whole conversation.

Spending six of our eight hours at work staring at spreadsheets. Reconciling data. Doing things manually that should never have required a human being in the first place.

And then wondering why we never have time for the work that actually matters.

The genuine thank you note to someone we are trying to build a relationship with.
The meaningful conversation with a customer that turns a transaction into a loyalty.
The human moment that no algorithm will ever be able to replicate.

Here is the shift worth making.

AI can analyze a million data points in 0.2 seconds and hand me plausible opportunities.

But those opportunities almost always end up requiring a human output to actually materialize.

Which means AI is not here to replace the regular I.

It is here to free the regular 'I' up to do what it should have been doing all along.

And the leaders who understand that distinction are not just going to be more efficient.

They are going to be more present. More intentional. More human than they have ever been in their business.

The takeaway is simple.

Use AI to get back to the work only you can do.

That was always the point.

What do you think?
