Description
Use Bixby without unlocking your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra first.
In this tutorial, I show you how to enable Use while locked and choose which functions are available from the lock screen.
Steps:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Advanced features.
- Tap Bixby.
- Enable Use while locked.
- Tap Use while locked.
- Choose which options to enable:
* Call and send messages
* Smart home control (lets you control SmartThings devices from the lock screen. Security devices still require you to unlock your phone)
* Personal results
Please note:
- These functions work with your voice when using Voice wake-up or pressing the Side button to activate Bixby.
- Bixby may respond to a voice similar to yours as if it were you.
- If it recognizes a different voice, unlocking may be required.
- These features can’t be used while a ringtone, alarm, or media is playing.
