Learn how to switch between Separate and Together panel layouts on your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra running Android 17 and One UI 9.
How to change the panel layout:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Tap the pencil icon.
- Tap Panel settings at the top left.
- Select Separate or Together.
* Separate: Swipe down from the top-right corner to open Quick settings. Swipe down from elsewhere along the top to open notifications.
* Together: Notifications and collapsed Quick settings appear together. Swipe down again to open the full Quick panel.
- Tap the Back key.
- Tap Done to save your changes.
