RULES:
Tales is a fill in the blank story game. Everyone takes a chunk of white Cards Against
Humanity cards, refilling any as needed. One player is the reader. They pick a story and
read the title page and teaser, then remove its corresponding box with its prompts. They
place any red reoccurring prompts on the table and each player picks a white card for
each one and the reader picks their favorite to keep, leaving it faceup next to the others.
The reader deals the rest of the prompts to the players. Each player replies to their own prompts with a white card.
Once finished, the reader reads the story. Each time the reader reaches a blank prompt, the player with that number reads the white card they picked aloud, filling in the story. Whenever they reach a red letter, they do the same with the faceup one on the table. Continue until the story ends.
