RULES:
Pick agents. Shuffle and deal 7. Check revealed events. Forecast your successful operations. Commit influence tokens. Perform tactical activations. In clockwise order, each player plays a card, following suit if possible. Highest card in the led suit, or highest intimidation card, wins. Some cards have special abilities. Winner of the operation leads the next. Play 7 operations, then resolve the forecasts, then missions. After 5 rounds, the player with the most influence tokens wins.
