How to fix seatbelts that won't extend, Dodge Ram 1998-2001

This is part 2 of a video set showing how I diagnosed and fixed a 1998 Dodge Ram that had seatbelts which would not extend. The seatbelt timer module in this 1998-2001 version of the Ram was problematic for warranty claims and it is no longer manufactured with no aftermarket replacements available.
