So here I am trying the mushroom growing thing again. But since my last attempt 5 years ago I have learned some new growing methods that have been tested in my growing area. Most of what I have learned comes from Washington State University and their shitake mushroom growing trials. I am excited to try what I have learned. I am still on the fence about how much to grow.
