People are becoming exhausted by all the fast pace content.
Because of this, YouTube is seeing a resurgence of slower content. We mentioned Sam Sulek before, but Life of Riza is another example of "cozy" channels that actually relax the viewer instead of hype them up and get them on the edge of their seats. This slower content is a breath of fresh air.
So in a way, face-paced, short-form content has actually led to the popularity of quite the opposite type of content.
