Description
Is Congress trying to get RID of DEF... or are they making sure it's here for years to come?
The newly introduced H.R. 9618 - Diesel Engine Flexibility (DEF) Act has a lot of diesel owners, truckers, farmers, and equipment operators talking. Many people believe the EPA and Congress are planning to eliminate DEF systems altogether—but is that really what this bill does?
In this video, I break down what H.R. 9618 actually says, how it relates to the EPA's recent DEF guidance, and why this legislation may have a much bigger impact than many people realize.
We'll discuss:
✅ What the Diesel Engine Flexibility (DEF) Act actually does
✅ Whether DEF systems are really going away
✅ How this bill affects truck owners and diesel operators
✅ The connection between H.R. 9618 and the EPA's recent DEF announcements
✅ Why this bill could signal the future of diesel emissions regulations
If you've been following all the rumors about DEF deletes, emissions deregulation, or the EPA's recent announcements, this is one video you don't want to miss.
