It’s all out effort, everything you got for just 20 seconds… but that 20 seconds feels like 20 minutes!

What he does is warm up for about a minute to get the blood flowing, and then 20 seconds all out, full blown intensity! Then back to a minute to recover and 20 seconds again all out effort.

He usually get to 1200-1300 watt output, try it out.
