Most constipation advice stops at fiber, water, and movement. But if you've been constipated for years, you've probably done all of that. And you're still waiting. Here's what nobody checks: your liver. Over time, the liver gets stagnant and overloaded, and a sluggish liver makes weak, thin bile. Bile is what keeps everything gliding through your colon. Weak bile means everything slows down and dries out. No amount of fiber fixes that, because the jam sits upstream.

That's why my morning combo starts with the liver: fresh lemon in warm water on an empty stomach to gently wake it up, followed by a 1 to 2-minute colon massage that follows the exact path your colon runs. Up the right side, across, down the left. Simple, almost free, and your body does the rest.
