GREEK CHICKEN SOUVLAKI !!
Chicken souvlaki is a favourite street food choice in Greece. This easy Chicken Souvlaki recipe is made with lemon, garlic and few spices. Marinated Chicken skewers are cooked on hot coals.
Chicken souvlaki can be served with pita bread, fried potatoes,greek salad and tzatziki.

Ingredients:
2 lbs (800 grams) Boneless chicken
1 tsp Paprika powder
2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1.5 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Olive oil
3 Cloves of garlic
Juice of one lemon
One bay leaf
Marinade Time: 8 hours
Cooking Time: 12 min
Make sure that the Chicken is room temperature before bbq!
