1 lbs (500 g) Sirloin (beef)
1/2 Onion sliced
1 inch (2,5 cm) Ginger
1 Green onion
1 Red chili
2 Cloves of garlic
2 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tsp Salt
Juice of half a lemon
Marinade Time: 12 hours
Cooking Time: 12 min
