Following an explosive run of summer releases including ‘Lifeline’ and ‘Access Revoked’, Castor & Pollux return to Generation Smash in fine form with the self-declaratory ‘We Bring The Noise’, landing October 30th!
Built around the relentless refrain of “We bring the noise, noise, noise…”, the track makes its intentions clear from the outset. Castor & Pollux move between high-octane, hard-leaning synthwork and techno-adjacent rhythms, driving the production forward with rolling bass and sharp, metallic percussion.
‘We Bring The Noise’ opens out through its bridge into something markedly more euphoric. Cascading synth arpeggios climb through the mix as the heavier foundations temporarily fall away, introducing a melodic, reach-for-the-sky release that provides a striking counterpoint to the track’s tougher edges. The vocal gradually works its way back into focus as it gathers momentum, before Castor & Pollux send the production crashing back into an immense final drop.
Between hard-edged club production and widescreen melody, giving ‘We Bring The Noise’ its character, the production moves confidently between tension, release and outright impact. With another busy year of releases continuing to underline their evolving sound, Castor & Pollux close out October with a track designed unapologetically for maximum-volume settings.
