Learn how to use BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant Routines and Suggestions in BMW Operating System X with BMW Panoramic iDrive. Get personalized recommendations based on your driving situation and automate selected vehicle settings for regular journeys.
Get Smart Suggestions
BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant can make useful suggestions in the Panoramic Vision Display based on your current situation.
Say “Yes” to accept a suggestion. For recommendations shown as full-screen pop-ups, you can also press the selector button on the steering wheel. To use a suggestion shown in the Personal Assistant widget, simply tap the widget.
Create a Routine
Routines help your BMW respond to recurring situations with a personalized combination of settings.
In the Personal Assistant app, select Routines, choose an available routine occasion and adjust the function settings. Close the settings to save and activate your routine.
When your BMW recognizes the saved conditions, BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant will suggest the routine in the Panoramic Vision Display.
