INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup olive oil
2-3 pieces garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp capers
pinch of chili flakes
pinch of flaky salt
fresh cracked pepper
few sprigs of parsley
