An international student shows her followers how to get free food at our food banks. Canada’s food banks are facing an unprecedented crisis with usage reaching record highs of over 2.2 million monthly visits. Nearly 1 in 5 food bank clients are employed and one-third are children. We are jeopardizing the people who need the food banks the most.
