Description
Aces & Eights or Hotshot for Prima Donna? I tested both in the shooting range after the Prima Donna nerf (12.5% - 11% per stack) and there's one number that decides which set is the best Prima Donna build: how many of your shots are headshots. Then the full build for both sets, so you can just copy it.
Per shot they're almost the same: Aces 27.1M - 47.5M on the amp shot (+75%), Hotshot 27.4M - 49.3M in the chain (+80% on top of everything). The difference is what happens when you miss.
Where to get Prima Donna: Raven bounty in the Red Moon event (20%), Paradise Lost incursion box (10%) and bosses (1%).
