As simple as simple gets, albeit with the recurring issue where one of the SAME bursts gets very slightly cutoff in the beginning. That’s precisely why said bursts happen 3 times so the decoder unit can get the information of the data correct/accurate.
Includes pre-message and post-message voice cues as common with Xfinity EAS tests (maybe more, someone tell me if more than just Xfinity uses that feature!)
