This one was caught by some luck; good thing for the rewind feature on my X1 box. I also recorded this to a DVD which I had on hand and will digitize when I get the right resources in the future. Here is the camera-recorded version for now.
This is a Required Weekly Test conducted during the Elinor Wonders Why episode “The Tree That Eats Toys” on the PBS Kids channel (APT / Alabama Public Television affiliate). Notice the unusually large green ticker that takes a little too long popping up on screen. It’s been this way for a small amount of years now, but I’m unsure if this reflects on the main PBS station WCIQ.
NOTE(S): Absolutely NO copyright infringement is intended in this upload as the purpose of this entire channel is to archive Emergency Alert System activations & tests mostly generating within the state of Alabama. Even though this was captured during a PBS Kids show, it is not directly intended for kids or marketed toward them as this is about the EAS test. I would’ve uploaded this had it interrupted any other show on PBS or PBS Kids. Thanks for understanding.
