This video focuses on one British film logo per year from 1910 all the way to 2026, featuring logos from companies that specialise in film production, distribution, animation and documentaries. I was inspired from Alden Moeller's latest video https://youtu.be/FBvventYrxw and the concept of it reminded me of a video I made in late August 2016 https://youtu.be/a-uiCuAQ5bo , which I based on those 'Evolution of popular music' videos where they featured one song per year from the 1890s to the 2000s. I have tried my best to feature a logo that was introduced in each year, but in some cases (e.g. 1910 and '19), I could only find a logo that was introduced a few years prior or was introduced earlier on in the same decade. I also feature captures of logos that appeared several years after the logo was introduced (e.g. 1981 and '85), but this is because I went with the higher quality captures that is available online. This video was fun to make, and I recommend seeing the 'Browse by Year' page on the Audiovisual Identity Database (AVID) website, which was my main source for this video. Thanks to my brother Dylan for creating the thumbnail for me, and to my 70,000 subscribers which was a milestone I reached shortly after finishing the video, and encouraged me to get this video out as soon as possible!
