CNH’s Resources & Operations Manager for Crop Harvesting Platforms, Samanta Cassinera attributes her background in agriculture to her grandfather; he was an artichoke farmer in Sicily along with growing grapes, olives, almonds, and wheat. Samanta remembers helping out on the farm, which meant hard work and early mornings.
Samanta went to Politecnico di Torino in Northern Italy and earned a doctorate in Environmental Engineering. After graduating she entered a management program that gave her the opportunity to visit different countries and explore different roles. That program ultimately led her to CNH.
