Women in Age: Jaclyn Kurkowski
CNH’s Cab and Body Design Engineer for Four-Wheel Drive Tractors, Jaclyn Kurkowski is responsible for improving hood design as well as cab elements on the 4WD tractor. She ensures that farmers operating a CNH tractor experience optimal comfort, visibility, and ease of use. Jaclyn discovered her love of agriculture at an early age, being involved in 4H. Later in high school, when she developed a love for physics, Jaclyn began her journey to find a way to combine the two.
She chose an Agricultural Engineering major at the University of Nebraska. She later landed an internship at CNH which led to her role today. With four older brothers who all work in agriculture, the family pride runs deep.
