In this Women in Ag episode, meet CNH’s Pricing Analyst, Kelsey Mills. Kelsey grew up as the sixth generation on her family’s cash crop farm in Southeast Wisconsin. Being raised on a family farm, alongside her brothers, what stands out to Kelsey is the work ethic she inherited.
She graduated from University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a business degree and then joined the Rotational Development program with Case IH. The ability to explore several departments eventually led to her role in pricing. She continues to stay connected to her family farm and believes it is key to understanding the customer mindset.
