Hey Guys! This is a video of my 40 lb weight gain journey from Jan 2019-now. I also went from a size 5 in pants and small in clothes, to a size 11 in pants and a medium/ large. This journey was natural and I accomplished this by discovering techniques that worked for my body. I am NOT a professional, but just wanted to share my story!
