I like to practice zero food waste as much as possible... so each week I "shop" my pantry/freezer first and buy only what we need to fill in the holes for planned meals.

I ended up using the cauliflower rice with the veggie enchiladas (it was really good!!) so I didnt make the burrito bowls this week, I'll just add those onto the meal plan for next week!
