I like to practice zero food waste as much as possible... so each week I "shop" my pantry/freezer first and buy only what we need to fill in the holes for planned meals.
***MEAL PLAN!!!***
MONDAY- Taco Skillet TUESDAY- Mississippi Roast WEDNESDAY- Leftovers THURSDAY- Breakfast for Dinner FRIDAY- Wings SATURDAY- Veggie Enchiladas SUNDAY- Shrimp Alfredo WEEKLY DESSERT - Chocolate Lava Cake
I ended up using the cauliflower rice with the veggie enchiladas (it was really good!!) so I didnt make the burrito bowls this week, I'll just add those onto the meal plan for next week!
This book changed my life!!
