After what feels like so many years now...I’ve finally gained enough strength & courage to try all of this again. Just being able to get myself to create, tell stories, & express this newfound understanding..the sadness..and madness that’s been in my mind all this time. This piece was intended for a workshop & show I did in Seattle recently, which is always such a big deal for me to share with the home community. I was scared & really felt just being able to choreograph was such a difficult task dealing with the muscle + joint aches & constant brain fog that made creating & concentrating seem impossible..But I’ve been really pushing myself all around to continue learning or adapting to who I’ve become & fighting to get back what I love & my life....After being away from it for so long..it feels great finding just the right fit to make everything mold into this newer version of myself physically, mentally, & emotionally. 2020 has been so kind to me & I’m very grateful to all the energies that have been so compassionate towards my vulnerability as of late. As time moves forward...a new opportunity for more love & better vibrations will always be presented. Do your best to stay patient, calm, considerate, hopeful, diligent, present & use your imagination. With those and much much more you could create a better today for yourself & others that may need the realization. I will keep on while remembering to proceed with care. Thank you x3000
