You might have already seen this version if you follow my instagram. I was saving the choreography to have it filmed a little differently for this channel, but unfortunately I will be away from home for a month & not able to get to it. As many of you know, I been dealing with chronic hip, knee, ankle, just leg pain all over that has prevented me from dancing all of this year. Recently I started teaching again & just trying to dance more through the pain in hopes to possibly gain more strength/stamina. Besides that, I've been doing research, attended physical therapy, seen docs, & tried many things already that have dragged on. So now just taking it into my own hands & dancing at my own risk knowing I have to adapt my style to what my body is able to handle now. In hopes for more progress, here is the start to sharing more again through this healing process. Hopefully more choreography, more freestyles, maybe tutorials, & sharing other dance or physical related things.
