Two powerful earthquakes have struck Venezuela, with more than 430 aftershocks.
At least 1,450 people have died. More than 50,000 people are missing.
There is huge damage to homes, health centres, power and water systems.
Without drinking water, food and medicine, even more lives are at risk.
Women, girls, older adults and people with disabilities are especially vulnerable.
Oxfam's partners on the ground are determining what people most urgently need.
The response will include psychosocial support, water, sanitation, hygiene, food security, and protection.
