A new scam email is targeting OneKey wallet users — and it looks convincing enough to fool people who aren't paying attention. In this video I break down exactly how the scam works, the three red flags that will help you spot it immediately, and then I walk you through the correct and safe way to update your OneKey software and firmware so you never have to rely on a link in an email.
The 3 red flags covered in this video:
1. Hardware wallet companies NEVER push firmware updates through email links
2. Check the sender's actual email domain — scam domains are a dead giveaway
3. Never enter your seed phrase into a website, browser, or downloaded app — ever
