Hey guys. It's a very long time since I've written any music. I wrote this simple instrumental chorus to the ambient guitar that fades in. This is untitled. Just an idea and a mix I've been working on for weeks.

I used the new pitch shifter in this plugin to achieve that really low note you hear. All you do is automate that pitch change with an envelope in your DAW. It's really fun!
Ambience is made up of two tracks created with Gojira X and the other with a Toontrack EZmix amp with lots of reverb - especially from Valhalla Supermassive. Clean delayed guitars are also from EZmix Guitar Gods 3 Pack: Ola - Clean Nightmare with stacked delays.

I use a lot of processing on my tracks - guitars included. There's a lot of low end I have to tame on my rhythm guitar parts, and trim off some of the high end with EQ and plugins like Soothe 2 (Oeksound). I use Scheps Parallel Particles (Waves) as an exciter on the rhythm guitar bus, the drums, and the master bus. Here and there is more EQ, compressors, volume automation, limiters, and stereo control that all add up to what you're hearing now. I've been overthinking this mix since its inception.
