From my Disconnection album of 2019, here is a fresh take on the first solo of "Time Bend" of which I hope to have the entire album refreshed one day. I thought it was time to share more from this project. I hope you enjoy!
This was like my 50th take it seemed like - so this is the peak of my shred skill these days.

These days I use STL ToneHub for guitars and Nolly's One Kit Wonder drums. This was tracked on my Jackson SLSMG - the guitar I've had with me since the beginning. I'm retracking this entire album's guitar solos because I find these EMGs give a much warmer and shreddier tone that fits better. I will continue to use and reamp the DIs for the rhythms, sometimes retracking those, but keeping original takes were possible. This is one of those songs that I retracked the rhythms. They sound so much better. Everything sounds so much better and more clear. Can't wait for you to hear!
