United Airlines argues a window seat doesn't have to include a window

Have you ever booked a window seat on a flight just to be met with…a blank wall?
A federal judge denied United Airlines’ motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by passengers who paid for a window seat but didn’t actually get a window. The class actions were filed last August against United and Delta Air Lines when passengers on Boeing 737, Boeing 757 and Airbus A321 planes were seated next to walls. The passengers, per the report, said the carriers “failed to clearly disclose the missing windows during the booking process.” #united #delta #airlines #windowseat
